There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Hacienda Furniture offers PREMIUM delivery (includes assembly and packaging removal) starting at $79 in the Oxnard area. When delivering, if any assembling is required it will be done by delivery crew unless specified as other. For other cities around the Ventura County area, reasonable delivery rates are available. Delivery charges might change depending on items.

*NEXT DAY DELIVERY subject to availability on merchandise and on company delivery schedule.

*SAME DAY PICK UP subject to orders placed before 12:00pm on the same day and availability of merchandise.

LOCAL CURBSIDE DELIVERY (assembly not included) is available to the Oxnard area for a $25.00 fee. All items will be delivered to the front door or garage of your home in the original package/box, please have drive ways and walk ways cleared for delivery. Apartments, condominiums and town homes will be delivered to the first floor lobby or loading area.

Any items that are to be PICKED UP by the buyer, the buyer assumes full responsibility with handling proper transportation, including any tying if applicable. It is the buyers’ responsibility to have already measured any doorway area and stairways before ordering, the seller is not responsible for any furniture that is too large to fit the area. The store does not provide hauling or rearranging old furniture.

All sales are final. No cancelations or refunds accepted all items are special ordered. It is the sellers’ approval for such thing, if done so there will be a 25% restocking fee.


Any damages are to be reported with original invoice and will only be covered solely to original buyer. If merchandise is damaged and needs to be repaired, it must be reported within the first 2 days once the merchandise has been delivered.

Any fabrics–fading, customer modifications and normal body depressions in mattresses are excluded. As well as damage caused by negligence, accident, or furniture used for purposes other than it was intended including commercial use.

Exclusions:

  • Customers modification
  • Fabric protection, including fading or misused
  • Normal body impressions on mattress
  • Damages caused by accidents, negligence
  • Damages caused by furniture used for other than it was designed for
  • Softness will occur through normal use and is not considered a manufactures defect


All products are covered by manufactures warranty unless specified as other. Buyers understand that if by any circumstances a product becomes defected within the first month of purchase, it is not the dealers’ obligation to replace such product, and this must always go through manufacture warranty.

Buyers understand that such product will be repaired or replaced for the same item at the manufactures criteria. Original invoice must be accompanied when reporting a problem.

Any damaged to be repaired must be reported within the first 2 days once the merchandise has been delivered, or it will be considered in home damage. Buyers agree to complete payments on schedule when merchandise loses their warranty.

Damage product will be exchanged for same product if in original package only. There is a 7 to 15 business day turnaround on such product to be repaired or exchanged and there is no same as product loaner for health reasons.

Product warranty does not cover transportation charges that may be applicable.

Buyers understand that once purchase has been made there are no returns.

No such mattress sold is considered as a sleep trial. If there is any defect after the purchase of the mattress and, or foundation, excluding body impressions and normal wear and tear, the defect will be repaired or exchanged at manufactures option.

If for any reason a mattress must be taken by the manufacture, there is a 7 to 15 business day turnaround on such product to be repaired or exchanged and there is no same mattress loaner for health reasons.

Product warranty does not cover transportation charges that may be applicable.

Defective items must be handled through the seller.

Warranty is limited to original purchaser proof and proof of purchase is required when making a claim.
